1) This is an defect item, cannot use at all. 2) Package box is damp and broken when I opened the parcel 3) The bottom compartments of the diffuser are detached so the water could leak. 4) There is no Mist coming out at all after connected to power bank. 5) Talked to the seller and wait for a day for responses. 6) Seller offered refund and turned out I have to chase very hard to get it back.
Well this story is not complete and true..We haven't receive faulty item back nor see it any picture untill now however we refunded payment as a humble gesture as mentioned ...
