Did a trade with her for watermelon pouch. Took very long to mail it out and still didnt receive it . She mentioned it is not her responsiblity when i alreadg have mailed and topup extra for the trade . Her t&c when we dealt did not mention no refund even for trade lost mail . Irresponsible , never give proper answer as to how to resolve the issue.
