Attempt to seek understanding failed as there are complications when other buyer have made payment first and if I am unable to deliver. Unfortunately, buyer lacks comprehension and insisted entitlement despite item is widely available in the market at similar prices which makes me amazed. Acknowledge offer could be managed better. However, personal attacks and vulgarities that persisted are not appreciated (that he missed to show in the screenshot) which resulted in a block from me.
