It was the most pleasant encounter I had in quite a while. She's very polite and professional when dealing. As for the CD I bought, here's a little review. This is a very overlooked CD. Of all the Neal Morse-era Spock's Beard CDs, this one seems to get the least attention. I can't figure out why! This is one of the catchiest and best produced, focused albums the band has ever done. These songs are very well written. Will definitely buy from her again. Recommended!

These are records need to be washed before playing. The record sleeves need to changed. These records are "vintage" and contain surface scratches so if you have an expensive high-end turntable setup or is an audiophile, please avoid. I can't comment on the sound quality of the records as I am still hanging mine out to dry. Fingers cross.
