not sincere buyer. i had waited for 15 min and had called n message you. but you no answer call or reply. in the end transaction closed at 3pm after been waiting for her since 1pm at fernvale!

Not punctual - in fact, very late - and not sorry at all. I rang buyer at 2.13 pm and we were supposed to meet 2pm at Seletar Mall, next to Fernvale MRT. She was on the train and had just passed Paya Lebar MRT, at least 20 minutes away if not more. We did not deal as I had sacrificed time with my family to be punctual at meeting point and cannot afford to wait another 20 minutes if not more.
