Seller was not accountable for damages (blamed shipping and ask me to wipe of stains) but managed to settle this with slightly more discount. State of item is disappointing.
Follow-up review
Reviewed 1 star on me even though he sold defective product, rude and again not accountable for his mistake. I would have taken the discount and left quietly if he apologised for not being clear about the state of the product but no apology and was even rude (he fr told me that I couldn’t make an exchange if there was dust on it even though he sold me a defective product) oh well.

Worst buyer I ever deal. Asked her to check the item during meetup but she don't want to check. The figure is perfect just the box a bit damaged and some scratches on the base. I offered exchange of new one to her but due to timing unavailability, she proposed refund $5. Refund $5 to her and yet got 1 star review rating. As we agree to exchange, informed her to keep it back to box to prevent damage and dust accumulated.
