I really wanted to like this seller, as she was very friendly and quick to reply. It was a quick deal and we met up to make the transaction. As soon as I got home, I tried the garment steamer that I just bought from her. Within 2 minutes of steaming a dress, the steamer stopped working. I have checked the steamer (made sure all the switches were on, and that the water compartment was filled and attached on properly), and have tried it multiple of times with different power outlets...but the steamer stopped producing heat and steam altogether. I have reached out to the seller about this issue, hoping we can solve it between ourselves, but I did not get a reply. Total waste of money.
