Seller needs to improve on delivering the goods on time and efficiently. It is bad to ask buyer to pay for postage and then ask to meet up because of failure to post to address properly. Successful delivery only on second mailing attempt after some delay as the packaging (simple white envelope) was damaged. Singpost is good enough to repackage item and delivered to my address.
Return of postage from SingPost side wasn't something I could control. But despite explaining to the buyer, going through the extra mile by going to and fro the post office to check on her mail and then suggesting for a meetup and refund of the Amt that she paid for postage, and remailing again, all I got was a neutral feedback :/ it doesn't justify the amount of time and effort I spent on making sure the item reaches her.

Seller quote time and venue at their convenience but failed to show up and went MIA in early in the morning 9am at Yishun, 7/5/17. I shall advise meet-up with this seller at your own risk.
