Seller finally responded after ~6 days, saying they were sick and was not in office, so temporary putting judgement on hold. Originally courier failed to pick up item twice over 2 days and couldn't get any response from seller when I tried to check in with them.
Follow-up review
Received the card and tested, everything looks fine! GPU was well packed and condition is as described. Tested for a couple of days and no issues so far. Had a little scare for a while there but everything worked out in the end!
