Buyer made me an offer which I accepted and then after 3 weeks of messaging, chasing and waiting the buyer has not gone through with the purchase. By accepting the offer the buyer committed however I’m also at risk of reputational damage as I’ve accepted but they’ve just ghosted - completely unreliable buyer - do not sell to them!
