The seller was accommodative to the customers demand and requirement but failed to exercise patience and understanding during times of emergency. The seller misinterpreted as having two mover accidents instead of one. The other incident was a breakdown. Two incidents having had to take place on Two consecutive days cannot be deemed as useless excuses on the buyers part as told by the seller. It implies poor customer eccentricity in carousel. Poor ethics, no empathy, harsh, not cool at all.
And the whole process from reserving, arranging for mover and collection, proposed alternative was for about 2weeks. We had alr informed buyer that we are selling due to buying of new furniture. As much as im trying to accomodate to the request and reproposal of collection date, im caught i between too. Im having new furniture sending in to my place too, so if im still keeping that, where do my new furniture goes to? Self centered buyer!
