Really bad buyer! Waste our time! Confirmed order and wait at MTR Station. When she arrived she said the product was old. This toy is absolutely brand new. Don’t fool people. Other buyers knew that if the product was a testing sample, I will remarked “second hand product” and told them before the trade. Just because the trade is no refund and exchange and we didn’t allow her to try. See you trade records... bad reputation

買家ladyleen 太過份，講明產品只可以用水，佢就加左啲香薰落去，就話我個產品壞咗，整爛左仲要求退翻錢，最後當然退返俾佢啦同佢講都嘥時間！really bad buyer!下次賣野真係要睇下其他人既評價，原來有record整壞產品又要人退錢，今次當買個教訓！
i dont know what to say to you.. your item is not working and i habe to return it all the way and you are arguing with me and dont want to return my money, first why would i buy something that i cant use because not working? such an awful seller to deal with.😔
