Would have been helpful if seller responded more promptly, or negotiated the change of transaction method before canceling order

her review was only based on my rating for her. I gave her a poor rating because she advertised that she could meet in person but after I ordered and paid, she requested that I have the item delivered via SF Express with me bearing all the cost. She canceled my order directly without any prior discussion or negotiation. this caused me huge inconvenience as I had to contact Octopus for refund etc.

Suddenly paid for my order without communicating with me (eg the trade method). I cannot do face trade so I cancelled the order. She bought again and go for SF express, i thought this is quite smooth but finally she left me a negative review 🫩 weird Updates on 28 Mar, 2026 我將雙方的對話cap圖擺左上listing. 我好少開旋轉一直都無覆過買家但買家係無溝通嘅情況下自己出offer同俾錢（我無accept過offer) 我亦無應承係可以面交亦都即時主動退款其間我已叫佢OK寄貨先好買但係買家決定再買並突然叫我承擔運費我無回應亦無打算要承擔最後佢自己決定係有額外成本下再買所有決定都係made by你🙂‍↕️最後決定再俾錢嘅都係你🙂‍↕️ 跟住就收到佢依個評價
