I understand why you’re upset but I disagree with the accusation that I was dishonest. To the best of my knowledge, the Iphone was functioning properly when I shipped it via LBC which you agreed. I did not knowingly sell a defective device. Since the issue was reported only after almost 2days after delivery, I have no way to verify what happened during transit or afterward. Because of this, I am not unable to offer you a refund or whatsoever.
