[System Feedback] This user has an ongoing unresolved transaction for an item sold that is not delivered.
Seller was very prompt in her replies at first. Placed the order and made payment on 5 Nov 2017. Seller said it will 10-15 days for stocks to arrive. But after 15 days, there was no response from seller. Had to keep chasing seller and eventually, i finally received it in March 2018.
Seller said PO will take about 1-2weeks.Was very responsive at first bt after waiting more than 2 wks, I msg her again.She said will update me the next day (30Dec17')bt she didn't. After that,no reply at all till today!She give reasons like DHL gt lots of parcels thats why the delay,need to go to bed etc. I'm a Carouseller for quite sometime, however, this is my first time doing pre-order and this bad experience with this kind of seller definitely make me don't want to do pre-order ever again!๐
Hi, I have just replied as I was away from Carousell for so long due to some medical issues. Terribly sorry about the inconvenience you had to go through & really appreciate your understanding. I hope you see that not all pre-orders are this way. You just got me at a bad timing & when my supplier also was having shipping issues. Really so sorry once again!

Super responsive in the beginning. Ordered on 1st week of Oct'17. Have to hunt her for answer! I was super patient to wait even she said items will arrived after Xmas bcos some reasons (whatever). 3days after Xmas really cant wait & wanted refund. Again no news till now 2 Jan'18. Super disappointed with such seller. Will report as scam. Thought i never have written this but she really pushed me to!
So disappointing/unacceptable I had to report to carousell. Seller was nice & responsive at first but turned irresponsible when things went wrong. I waited for over a month. During the entire time, I always had to follow up first. Item reached her after 16d. I got it after 36d. It'd be OK if its the right item but its cheaper & smaller vs what I ordered. The acrylic "mirror" can't reflect anything as claimed. I want a refund. She said I need to wait for her supplier to refund her first. Still no
Already refunded & explained to Carousell team. Clearly stated there might be delays in my posts. Others who ordered waited even longer but were understanding as can be seen from my lack of neg feedbacks apart from this. Was not online due to being sick. However, I am sorry you had to wait & got the wrong order but no pic proof with measurements included was sent to me to confirm that size sent is wrong so I can feedback to my supplier. Also many who ordered this had no complaints on quality.
