Worst carousell experience so far - buyer’s please beware. Shocking despite his other reviews, so disappointed.. - item had clear defects and was not BNIB as listed, but seller refused to accept responsibility for it and claimed he didn’t know about it - Third pic shows the “BNIB” condition when removing from the vacuum bag that was not at all tightly sealed. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

Hi, unfortunately u have misrepresented the facts. 1. U are well aware that Momomi mats are hand-stitched in Japan and the so-called defect of uneven lengths are part of the production process, as already explained in the FAQ. 2. It is BNIB as u received it but u still wanted refund after use. 3. U claim this is ur worst Carousell experience but u have had no reviews thus far with the only rating from me. It’s the 1st time I’ve encountered such a post-sale problem and it’s unfortunate.
