Not the fastest to reply but the deal went smoothly in person

This is the worst buyer I ever met. This person fixed a meet-up to deal with me at MRT station. When I reached there and waited for some time, the person never showed up and never replied my messages. After more than a day, this person finally replied, saying he simply forgot the deal. He then arranged for another date for collection, that was 4pm on 1 Dec. This time he didn't show up again.
