This item is ok. My advice to purchase from this seller is that you have to suck up to her condescending attitudes. She might have good reviews here which shes very proud of. All went well until i showed her the faults in her items she did not mention (for her it is explained by the price ranging from hkd100-300). I bought 7 items 4 are faulty.Troubleshooting and after sales service are terrible.

As a buyer on carousel for 6 years, i have met truly honest sellers mentioning the flaws on their listing without buyers taking the initiative to enquire about the condition of the items. This seller is unapologetic. Not taking feedback from sellers regarding suggestion to improve on the transparency. She categorised her items as “like new”, worn 1-2 times only. Yet stains are apparent. Dishonest.

Selling 5 yrs on Carousell, this is by far the most unreasonable buyer. She chose HK$100-200 branded items but expect brand new condition. With high expectations, she should have inquired the item condition prior to purchase. On a second hand platform, esp item sold at low price, minor wear is normal. She complaint other items are faulty. She only accept brand new item as “OK”, e.g. this brand new top + skirt set with tags. if you want brand new item. Buy at retail, not secondhand platform.
There are multiple black noticeable blots on the collar and the front. Seller initially offered a refund. No fixed date of collection of the faulty items is made yet after a week the seller refused to follow through her previous agreement of refund. For me return and refund is reasonable because the item is faulty with no prior headsup. To her a refund is grace and she decides when to take itback.

Two big black ink spots. Front of the jacket. Warning to the buyers. Accept all conditions because this seller thinks there is no need to forewarn the buyer because it is not sold at its original price. If i would have known, that would have changed my mind. But i was not given the chance to. I presumed her previous good reviews are reliable. Her reviews have no credits at all. She did not reply.

Buyer complaints two minor spot on the jacket. The item was listed as “used” on second-hand platform, which reasonably allows for minor imperfect! I still offered refund to avoid any further conflict. The buyer missed the cfm return date & rudely pushing one week delay for her busy schedule. Due to this unreasonable delay and impolite attitude, I withdrew the refund offer. A refund is a courtesy, not an obligation. Being a reasonable seller does not mean accommodating unreasonable behavior.
