he said that we could meet on the day but i specifically said around 3-3:45pm but he came at 12pm and i was still at school and he said he would wait for me so after school i rushed to the meetup area and he said he didnt hv enough money and he cldnt wait thus he went home and i was very disappointed

Pls respect people's trust and time! you made offer and I hv to constantly ask you how to deal and how to meet you fixed a day, and cancelled me when I reached meet up point! you re-arranged another day and on the day you push back again! All these without a apologetic word! only u r busy! others not? so what you are a student! The more you should learn to have a better discipline!
