Seller did not tell me that item was very heavy and bulky. informed her that i wont be coming along with my mover and she said it was ok. did not tell me that item couldnt fit into the lift and needed someone to dismantle and reassemble. seller cheated my money and did not want to refund with the excuse that her husband did alot of work bc he had to dismantle. that’s not even my problem bc she did not tell me that item needs to be dismantled as wont be able to fit into the lift.
Refer to my ad. It shows the size of the cabinet. I clearly told the buyer to send at least two people to deliver it. Moving out an item is the buyer’s responsibility and the buyer can’t ask the seller for help for assembling the item or for a refund because she can’t reassemble it. This is my one and only unhappy experience with all my carousell buyers.
