Item costs $10 plus $1 for local mail. He said ,” Pay half and the other half after item was received.” He is being careful but a little to the extreme as the deal amount is small. Understandable if the amount is huge.
Hi! Thanks for the review. I'm an international student and back then I was still figuring stuff out. True, I was being careful. But you have a point that it was a bit extreme. Now that things are settled for me, if item is still available, I'll gladly complete the transaction!
