Follow-up review

Very petty seller... He shipped out the wrong order, insisted it was correct, delayed response, finally agreed to refund (after the Carousell deadline), and no apologies despite my patience. Then accused me for not paying? The refund was processed as agreed. I even offered to have the wrong items shipped back and the correct one sent out again, but didn't get a follow up.

Informed seller that I've received the wrong order, yet seller insisted that it wasn't wrong. Keep telling me to recheck and brushing me aside. There were also others that received the wrong order. Not a single apology for the inconvenience throughout the whole process, even sounded annoyed as though I caused the problem. Service is good only when collecting money; poor service recovery.
