They were able to collect the 2nd hand stroller I bought from the seller, wash it etc and send it direct to me. The wash etc was done so well, no harsh chemicals were used, such a stark difference bef and aft (see pics!). Ho Pan is so nice, explaining on the different parts and offer to help set up! Love it!
