Edit: Opened the item & there were clear signs of usage inside & outside the bin. Seller is not honest abt the condition of the item & it wasn’t fully functioning. The only consolation is she agreed for a refund probably cz it’s clearly used & spoilt. Item comes with China plug & it wasn’t made known to us. Kept us waiting fr the refund & nt giving a timing for pickup. Overall a dishonest seller

Buyer bought item, claims spoilt after taking it home. Text me & passed unnecessary comments. I calmly said I will refund & collect back my item. She said No need I will dispose your item since is spoilt n her refund via paynow. I said she can’t decide to dispose my item with my permission. I arranged driver collection which is more then $20 to collect for her home far. During the process so many words said on the collection n refund. Having these kind of buyers many folks suffer silently!
