Just before timing, said he cannot meet, he in Malaysia. Then changed asking me to deliver to his friend's place at Bugis or his place at 21 Woodlands Cl #09-11 Primz Bizhu. THEN in a most Machiavellian way, insisted on a LOWER price on his own terms (not agreed terms), then THREATEN & INTIMIDATE. Reported to carousell, police, ICA.
