Seller responded to me only after a month plus, only to hear that he/she have yet to even receive the item ☹️ payment was made on 31/05 and it's already 17/07 but I have yet to receive my items, super disappointed

Seller did not respond to me for over 10 days after I made payment & confirmed purchase. Nearly 2 weeks later I find out from another seller that I bought items from, that this seller asked her to help send my item. Still didn't inform me of anything. I received the item today, which is 15 days after payment and it has two dents in it (postcard). Seller wrapped it with a thin cardboard on one side only. The cardboard itself was also bent since so thin. Sigh. Neutral since I did receive item.
