Seller failed to fulfill delivery of items , when prompted she mentioned that she forgot and was heading to the post office to post out upon requesting for a refund, extremely unpleasant experience, extremely unprofessional seller
to offer some context, i told the buyer when she made the deal that i was overseas until the weekend and would mail out monday. i'm sorry that it slipped my mind and when i checked carousell on wed, i immediately responded and told her i'd post today and was so sorry. she said she wanted a refund and i've refunded her. i'm really sorry but it was an honest mistake, i'm doing my best here too xx i would never scam anyone and was not my intention here at all. think the feedback's a little harsh x
Item was in extremely good condition. Seller was very accommodating. I had to rescheduled due to some urgent matters and she was very nice about it. Flexible seller and reliable seller without any deceit. Would deal with her again if the chance arises. Thank you so much! 😊
