Beware she is a liar! Stated boots were only worn twice but they looked more like they had been worn every day for an entire season. She gave me a pair of additional shoes and told me to throw them if I dont want them. They were in such bad condition so I did. Now she is saying she was going to give to charity - what a joke!
Deciding to buy second hand things for your kids, spend less money but expecting brand new condition? You could say no if you think $15 for a pair of boots like this wasn't worth buying. You paid $15 only and left mean and rude comment. What a joke! A two year old, after two full days, this was the condition. You have no appreciation and left a message said you threw the additional free pair of princess shoes to the bin. Some kids have no shoes to wear!

You personally think it's not brand new. For cheaper than half price of store price, you were asking for store service? I was being nice to deliver it to the city to you! I'm not a Kate Spade sales and customer service is not included. If you were expecting perfect item with perfect customer service, and spending less than half price money plus free delivery...Sweet dreams.

Extremely sweet person! She was kind enough to come all the way to the city to drop the item. Very nicely presented bag which i love.
