It's cheap for a reason, it's very dirty and rusty, clearly not kept in a good condition but it works i guess. You really need to deep clean and repaste the gpu. As for the performance of the card, after thorough testing, i could say it needs some tweaking on settings to keep it stable (Undervolt & Underclock) but as of out of the box, it'll run somewhat okay depending on condition.

Fast delivery. Arrived in crusty dust and oxidized bracket too, probably due to years without care during mining. There's no way I'm putting it in my system as is, so I'm using cheap surrogate gpu block. At least it's legit 5700XT and one of the cheapest around.

Card are well protected for packaging. Tested works perfectly, apart from wear & tear marks the only shortcoming are these card cover in real thick dusts. For those able to diy clean it was totally a good deal.
