Yr ad clearly stated it’s working great. But end up I receive a junk. Broken front cover, broken rear cover, cracked printer. Worst is I buy because it supposed to be working condition and clearly in chat u told toner left abit and printing lines. Now the printer itself had problem to start not even tries to print. With this condition I clearly stated if just replace drum and toner it works then I accept. How if not? U dare not guarantee yet blaming user fault. What a ridiculous excuse given
