Overall a relatively easy transaction. Although replying rate was slow, and didn't send me any photos of the actual desk when asked twice to see its condition as all I had was the IKEA picture. In the end the desk was in good condition and works but the motor is very loud during rising up and down, and that a bad and error dissemble job caused me lots of confusion when trying to reassemble it.
