The seller said its ile new and used it once lang but when I opened the bottle its less than 50%. I felt really sad and unhappy.

She sent me an an expired item. I remember she sent the item ng nasa pouch bag without the box. Whatever happened to my skin! I even asked her about the expiration and she said hindi pa daw

This buyer is a scammer. He did this to at least 6 other Carousellers - bought skincare products and then later spam messaged us very rudely, claiming our products caused an “allergic reaction”. He even sent us all the same photos of his “allergic reaction” and demanded a refund + additional payment for medical expenses.
