Never received the item I paid for back in August, I patiently waited but still nothing arrived, even after I was told it had been posted still nothing arrived...I was told I'd be refunded but that hasn't happened either...

I am very sorry for this, I haven't had access to my phone as I explained to you in my message and it actually has been mailed and should arrive in a few days
