Buyer is responsive at first, agreeing to purchase the item and pay for the SAME DAY delivery fee. However after making initial payment, buyer REFUSES to make payment for SAME DA delivery fee in guise of "seeking quality sellers" and seeks that seller pays for it instead. Afterwards, seller takes quite awhile to release payment via caroupay. But other than that, all is great

Buyer didn't release payment even after testing the item and making sure it was working. Not particularly pleased with that, but at least he did when I prompted him about it. For future reference, please understand that the seller's obligation extends only to the item(s). How to use it is not the seller's obligation. Release the payment and do the due diligence yourself thereafter.
