Irresponsible user. Requested for lala to be arranged and want to cancel after it was cfm. Lala driver had accepted assignment and to call in hotline to cancel instead of via app. User mention she would drop by to collect. I have left it outside door for 2 days but user didn't collect and eventually MIA.
