Ungracious. My sister was there waiting at the other end. My phone went out of batt during meeting and i reply soonest and even apologise for that. You dont have to respond like that when it was something both of us didnt want to happen. Wouldnt bother to arrange for someone to pick it up from you if i wasnt sincere about buying Plus ive bought a few of your items before. What a way to treat people so mean!
I gave her a negative feedback for failing to turn up for collection and now she called me ungracious. Amazing. If u know that your battery is going flat, you should quickly ask your sister to contact me or give me her contact. The meeting was already rescheduled once. It was originally to be in the morning, then 10 mins before the meeting, u requested to change to evening and I agreed. Then u failed to coordinate properly again. Wasted all my time preparing and carrying the items to and fro.

Person gave a faulty product that was 16 yrs old. When shared, he refused to acknowledge it or even meet me to listen me out as to why the product is faulty. He further went to make allegations against me for trying to extort a refund. It's these kind of ppl who spoil the spirit of such platforms built on trust. Please beware this seller. He already received negative reviews.
As you see from his remark above, this buyer found a newer lock and tried to ask for refund from me. I did not misrepresent the age of the lock to him. A mechanical lock can last much more than 16 years. I sold to him in good condition. He made wild allegation that there is an upside down screw inside the lock. Then he confessed he bought a newer lock and this is while he is still discussing with me. Beware of this buyer. He already has 2 bad reviews out of 8.
