Bought a Montaigne 30 from seller. Description as W8cm but 5cm when I received it. Tried to get a refund but she refused. Had all the evidence to proof her wrong but she insisted she was right. She claimed that she hadn’t used the bag for awhile and will expand over time. How can a 5cm frame expand to 8cm, doesn’t make sense, bullshit. Just a very bad replica but she dared to lie about the details
