Person didn’t come as promised to collect. Supposed to come 7-8pm but never appeared and did not answer text via app.

Collected the item on the second time after not turning up for the first meet-up. He was apologised for it and came to collect the free item at the second meet-up.

He did not revert even though I reserve the free item for him..
