Received item and when I checked it 4 days after delivery, it was not listed as advertised. Reached out to seller who did not respond. Had used Carousell protection but as it was 4 days after delivery (weekends, when I had time to look through deliveries) I could not request for a refund. Carousell tried to contact seller as well and they also did not receive a response.

item came in very good condition, friendly seller who answered my queries promptly.

Seller was good and swift transaction. However I think due to the shoes being stored for so long, despite being brand new my kid couldn’t wear it as it breaks apart.
