this laptop is absolutely NOT 100% working as described. flaws on screen and battery needs to be serviced which are NEVER mentioned by the owner. Seller showed good attitude but did not show honesty as the selling price was once bumped from the agreed price $1000 to "someone made an offer $3500". anyway 5 stars is for the final decision the seller eventually sticked to the initial agreed price.

Follow-up review

eventually i have the screen replaced , battery was also replaced as the lifespan dropped a lot , "service battery" prompt was presented. spent extra $3500 to solve those problems and now the laptop works like a charm.
