Look what this seller did to us. Shame on them for being dishonest and not accepting their wrong doing. Asking us to watch youtube for the instructions as if we, nor others, don't even know how to assemble this kind of bed, really? They send us unmatched upper deck panels, incomplete screws, no dowels, and the upper railings are of the same size. Hope they'll fix this mess.
