Arrived at seller’s meet up location 7mins late from the ETA of 7.10pm due to train fault (refer to CNA article- 17 Sep, Circle Line). I did and still do apologize for the delay. Upon inspection of product, found many air bubbles in seal and felt like it was tampered with or resealed. Seller also could not provide any proof that it was brand new or covered under warranty by Logitech despite claiming it was. Hence, decided not to purchase as it may not be authentic or brand new as claimed.
