Made an offer and backed out. Claims I was being unresponsive but in fact I only replied him 3hrs late as I could nt check my phone due to work. What an idiot.. If u were in a hurry to recontract then have some common sense to not make an offer so quickly. Yup.. Wat so difficult abt informing me if u weren't interested don't understand also. :)
