Refunded 50% when he damaged the item and could not return the item in its original condition. Making false allegations can be reported to police. told him many times I was not aware tt it was fake and I immediately offered 100% refund for item returned in its brand new condition. He wanted full refund but returned damaged item. Inform him of Carousell policy of 50% reasonable for damaged item.
