Item was checked in perfect condition before met up with Buyer. Requested Buyer to check as well. After hours Buyer took over the items. Buyer claim than the cup cover is broken. Out of good will we agreed to replace another one which stock will be coming in before X’mas. Was rejected, and demanding unreasonable refund and pick up at his place. We offer to meet up at same place for refund. Buyer refused. After which he keep sending multiple threatening and harassing messages.
