My first & only bad Carousell experience. Sweater was tagged M but cashmere was stiff with no stretch at all (clearly shrunken), small even compared with my pink XS cashmere everlane sweater. My wrist measures 14cm, I use 2nd hole used on small Apple silicon strap and I cannot get my arm through at all. Offered to send back to seller for partial refund. No reply received after waiting many days.

Thanks for the review - but just to be clear, carousell is not a try-and-return platform. The original tag, size, measurement are all intact and accurate. Itโs advised that you get the measurements right before you buy.

what a painful deal. its a $10 double rack that I didn't want to throw cos its working. this buyer expects me to tell him there is no parking directly at my block and to dismantle for his convenience or bring to his car cos he was alone. worst I waited for him till I was late for my grab cos he couldn't find parking near my block... seriously I should have just threw this away.

3 years ago (edited)Yea you probably should have thrown it awayโฆ itโs not worthy anyoneโs time to go down and pick up. Itโs not about I expect this and that, itโs about communication and respect. Never had a more painful deal than this I agree. I should have bought a brand new one.
