Made offer and agreed on the day and time for collection. On the day of collection, he said he was late becoz of raining. I totally understood. Afterwards, only msg me after midnight that he was held up and told me he won't "aeroplane" and will collect the next day. But no news after that. Don't waste time with this buyer.
