Item was broken upon checking, seller was unfortunately not helpful when informed that the item was in fact damaged and not in good working condition as initially claimed. Unfortunately not a great experience on the whole. Very disappointing.

It was a little defect which wouldn’t affect the function of the crib (based on the picture). I’ve suggested buyer to finish assembly it and see to herself or go to the service center, but buyer refused to assemble it and insisted me for full refund straightaway for something I didn’t do.
