Started off promising with prompt replies. Negotiated for further discount and after acceding to it, requested to delay the dealing. Which eventually gets delayed again with reasons each time. However, still no concrete interest to come down to deal. Initial contact and offer made on 05/06 till now. Guess just a joy bidder with no real interest to deal. Sellers beware.
There is one sided story. The truth can be proven. However, the decision to back out was out of fear of being berated and safety reasons.
