He asked for a discount, which I gave, then became flaky to trade, so I offered multiple avenues to close deal to accommodate his schedule (at least 3 separate times), made endless excuses right from the beginning to the end. I suspect he had no intention to buy. Very inconsiderate. Just be direct and say change of mind and request to cancel.
